“ I had a mixed experience at Toyota Lombard. The positive part of the experience was working with Kenney Jordan in sales. He was professional, energetic, knowledgeable about the Camry XLE AWD, and made the test-drive experience enjoyable. I appreciated his communication and overall attitude throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was far less pleasant. I was initially not informed about limitations on debit card deposits, which created unnecessary last-minute complications while completing the purchase. I had to arrange multiple Zelle transfers and alternative payment methods at the dealership itself. More concerning was the financing process with Sultan Matariyeh, the finance manager. I was very clear that I wanted: no additional warranties or packages the originally discussed pricing structure 48-month financing only Despite that, extended warranties were repeatedly included in payment discussions, eyes were rolled and the focus remained on lowering the monthly payment through a longer loan term rather than clearly explaining the total cost of financing. Once the additional warranty products were removed, the monthly payment dropped substantially. I understand dealerships offer optional protection packages, but customers should be given transparent breakdowns and allowed to make decisions without pressure or intimidation. Overall, I appreciated the professionalism of the sales representative, but the finance experience which is the essence of purchase, left a far negative impression. ”
“ I should’ve heeded the negative reviews. Scheduling a test drive was easy enough. They canceled it 1.5 hrs before the appointment due to a stop sale on the vehicle. They emailed this cancellation because they didn’t have my phone number. This cancellation email from Louie was titled “Pleased To Meet You!” ??? I read the email upon my arrival at the dealership right after one of their employees got me seated while requesting my phone number. Upon seeing the email stating the vehicle I was interested in couldn’t be driven, I got up to leave, only to be blocked in by a tall guy who was forcefully explaining they tried to cancel. That there is the biggest reason for the 1 star. If someone’s trying to leave, don’t block their way to yap in their faces. These people give Toyota a bad name. ”

I’m currently dealing with a total loss claim, and getting updates or responses has been extremely difficult. Calls and messages have gone unanswered, and the overall process has felt frustrating and unsupported. I understand these situations can take time, but better communication and follow-up would make a huge difference. Right now, I honestly feel like my concerns aren’t being taken seriously. I hope someone from management reaches out and works to improve the customer experience moving forward. ”
