They emailed this cancellation because they didn’t have my phone number. This cancellation email from Louie was titled “Pleased To Meet You!” ??? I read the email upon my arrival at the dealership right after one of their employees got me seated while requesting my phone number. Upon seeing the email stating the vehicle I was interested in couldn’t be driven, I got up to leave, only to be blocked in by a tall guy who was forcefully explaining they tried to cancel. That there is the biggest reason for the 1 star. If someone’s trying to leave, don’t block their way to yap in their faces. These people give Toyota a bad name. ”
