However, we purchased our vehicle from Lombard Toyota in May 2025, nine months ago, and we still have not received our title! We paid for it in FULL, in cash! It is now January 24, 2026. This is completely unacceptable. We've made multiple calls, and each time we get excuses and promises that "it's being processed" and "it should be here soon." Nine months is far beyond any reasonable timeframe for title processing. This isn't just an inconvenience; it is a serious problem that affects our legal ownership of our vehicle, which we paid for in full. The lack of follow-through and communication from this dealership is appalling. If you are considering buying from here, be warned: They may be happy to take your money, but don't expect them to meet the basic legal requirements of the sale.
