I’m currently dealing with a total loss claim, and getting updates or responses has been extremely difficult. Calls and messages have gone unanswered, and the overall process has felt frustrating and unsupported. I understand these situations can take time, but better communication and follow-up would make a huge difference. Right now, I honestly feel like my concerns aren’t being taken seriously.
