I read the email upon my arrival at the dealership right after one of their employees got me seated while requesting my phone number. Upon seeing the email stating the vehicle I was interested in couldn’t be driven, I got up to leave, only to be blocked in by a tall guy who was forcefully explaining they tried to cancel. I’m currently dealing with a total loss claim, and getting updates or responses has been extremely difficult. Calls and messages have gone unanswered, and the overall process has felt frustrating and unsupported. I understand these situations can take time, but better communication and follow-up would make a huge difference. Right now, I honestly feel like my concerns aren’t being taken seriously.
