“ I wish I could give zero stars. We have always been very loyal to Toyota, and we love our Toyota and Lexus vehicles. However, we purchased our vehicle from Lombard Toyota in May 2025, nine months ago, and we still have not received our title! We paid for it in FULL, in cash! It is now January 24, 2026. This is completely unacceptable. We've made multiple calls, and each time we get excuses and promises that "it's being processed" and "it should be here soon." Nine months is far beyond any reasonable timeframe for title processing. This isn't just an inconvenience; it is a serious problem that affects our legal ownership of our vehicle, which we paid for in full. The lack of follow-through and communication from this dealership is appalling. If you are considering buying from here, be warned: They may be happy to take your money, but don't expect them to meet the basic legal requirements of the sale. We have to write this negative review to compel them to make our title a priority (finally). We are now exploring legal options to resolve this matter, as the dealership has clearly demonstrated that they will not handle it on their own. Do yourself a favor: to avoid a gigantic headache and legal recourse, buy elsewhere. ”

All ABs (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force. In all other accidents, the ABs will not inflate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating AB, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door.
