I came in to service my Bluetooth phone on the car because everytime I'm on the phone with anyone noone can hear me due to a loud static. They updated my computer stating there were allot of apps that were outdated and said that should fix the problem, however, it did not. Once I left Toyota and received my first call from my son and had asked him if the call was any better and he responded no! It was still the same! At least my apps were up to date! My calls are still the same!

Six months after purchasing the 2015 Highlander Limited, I took it to Schaumburg Toyota for a winterize check and was told the vehicle needed a complete break job both front and rear. Having previously made comments to the salesperson regarding the noise and vibration during moderate to high speed breaking and having been told it was the antilock break system and nothing to worry about, I did not pursue it further. After being told 6 months and only 3,500 miles later that I needed new breaks I took it back to Lombard Toyota and was pleasantly recieved and taken care of. They looked into the break issue, replaced the vehicles breaks front and rear and split the bill for the job. I am very pleased with every aspect of the situation. I was treated extremely well by everyone from the valets to the managers. I could not help but give them 5 stars!

Everyone at Lombard Toyota is always so kind and helpful! Jeff was the guy who took care of my car the last time I was in and he was super great. Whenever I need any kind of maintenance, I never have to wait very long for the work to be completed.
