Six months after purchasing the 2015 Highlander Limited, I took it to Schaumburg Toyota for a winterize check and was told the vehicle needed a complete break job both front and rear. Having previously made comments to the salesperson regarding the noise and vibration during moderate to high speed breaking and having been told it was the antilock break system and nothing to worry about, I did not pursue it further. After being told 6 months and only 3,500 miles later that I needed new breaks I took it back to Lombard Toyota and was pleasantly recieved and taken care of. They looked into the break issue, replaced the vehicles breaks front and rear and split the bill for the job. I am very pleased with every aspect of the situation. I was treated extremely well by everyone from the valets to the managers. I could not help but give them 5 stars!

Took my 15 year old Prius in for an oil change and to check the brakes, which I new needed work. Both front and rear brakes needed replacement, along with a broken rear spring (had both replace). They were able to get everything done and back to me later that afternoon. Not cheap, but I know they do a high quality job and the service advisor (Jeff) is a super nice person!

1 Setup was not placed when I called and gave my info day before appointment - unprofessional 2 I called day of and had to set up appointment again so part could be ordered - good thing I called 3 loaner car covered with snow and smelly - I had to ask someone to clean snow car off- not happy had to use FaBreeze spray I had in purse to tolerate smell! Ugh! 4 Had to ask how to work controls for remote starter. - That should have been explained to me upon giving me controls - this was new for me -Duh! 5 Asked to have my car washed when I dropped it off and offered to pay - was told they wash outside usually - was not done and was told it was too cold to wash - it was in 40's that day - really! 6 Was given different pricing from 2 people - they should be on same page for pricing - 7 I like the establishment and the hours - but - I recommend some additional training for service employees - just saying!
